We all know the discontinuous change that Michael is talking about. It seems that we are living out the Chinese curse: "May you live in interesting times." While chaos fills each day with stress and makes the world difficult, there are also great opportunities for our enterprises and for each of us as individuals.
Speaking of these opportunities, what do you know about your own inner creative resource? Do you think of yourself as creative? Have you had breakthrough experiences in flow in your work and life? Do you live with purpose and faith in your abilities? Do you know how you can bring your highest creativity consistently to all kinds of situations, so that you make your life a work of art, contributing to making your organization, and the larger world, thrive in the face of the challenges to come?
You can begin to get answers to these and other questions in this site. It is based on the work of Michael and others at Stanford University's Graduate School of Business as well as at Insight Out Collaborations LLC, in the areas of creativity in business, new paradigm business, community, and leadership. Here you'll find aids to answer the questions above and much more.
But this site is still in development. We'd like to keep in touch with you as we add more to it, beginning to build a community of people who want to get serious about creativity in their lives. More importantly, we'd like to give you something back. So before you go to the rest of the site, please answer the creative life questions you'll find in the link below. It shouldn't take more than ten minutes. You'll get insights from answering, and then we'll be able to more accurately include your needs and interests in future offerings. Click here to participate.
